User interface:

 * Users will now be redirected back to the landing page after a successful experiment creation.
 * Viewing the HAL log and experiment sub-runs is now done almost completely on the client-side.
 * Users can now clone configuration and analysis experiments.
 * Users can now use the user interface to create new configurations for previously-defined parameterised algorithms, or to clone an existing configuration.

Execution management:

 * Support for partition resource and output spooling options in TORQUE cluster execution managers.

Other bug fixes:

 * Sorting of subruns on expriment monitor pages should now be by run id, descending.
 * Importing packages where file hierarchies used the parent shortcut ".." now import properly
 * Database logs can now be viewed again and have the right version number in the header
 * Fixed an error in the paramILS package that caused an exception to be thrown
